We take 30-40 grams of Granite Belt Grown French Black Perigord Winter Truffle and dehydrate it to make these lovely dry truffle pieces. Use in sauces and dishes to create that great aroma and truffle flavour. Perfect as a gift or for anyone travelling as they can stay at room temperature.
Please note this product is often shipped in small coffee pouches to avoid damages to glass jars.
