For the first time we welcome chef Matt Golinski to the heart of truffle country during truffle season for an exclusive evening not to be missed.

The day begins in the morning at the Truffle Discovery Centre learning about truffles and the local truffle industry with owner Matt Hibberd including detection dog training demonstration, canapes and free product tastings.
Guests can then join super sniffer Dizzy on the final truffle tour of the year at a nearby farm to search for the elusive ‘black gold’ of the gourmet Granite Belt – French Black Perigord Winter Truffles.
In the evening we will enjoy a 6 course truffle degustation dinner by Celebrity Chef Matt Golinski including wine pairings from Ballandean Estate Wines.
The evening will also include free truffle gift on arrival, free glass of champagne on arrival, charity truffle auction and fresh truffles available for sale.
